Job Description
The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate activities of workers engaged in packaging, blending, and pulverizing of products and materials for storage and shipment.

Requirements

  • Leadership: interviewing employees, reviewing schedules, generating employee evaluations, and addressing complaints.
  • Quality Management: following ISO requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of departmental activities and documents, and investigating problems.
  • Health, Safety, & Environmental Compliance: maintaining reports, ensuring LOTO forms are performed, and managing cleanliness of the department.
  • Training: performing and recording training of direct associates, ensuring proper development of associates, and managing warehouse optimization.
  • Communication: preparing and presenting statistical information, maintaining record of shipments, and interfacing with other departments.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, 4 years of related experience, forklift certification, and ability to write reports and present information.
