Role OverviewProduction Line Technician will be responsible for setting up equipment, opening cheese cases, and performing associated line tasks. The role is part of the 1st shift team at A&M Cheese's Toledo, OH location.
What You Will Do
Assists in setting up equipment, opens cases and totes of cheese, cuts and removes wrap, moves cases, performs quality inspections, boxes finished product, and performs other duties as assigned.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to lift between 40 lbs unassisted, work in cool, damp environments, climb ladders, and operate industrial trucks. Must also be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and communicate with others in English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to lift between 40 lbs unassisted
- Ability to work in cool, damp environments
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to operate industrial trucks
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
