Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of work experience in an automated production or Line Leadership position
  • Experience with Front Line people Leadership
  • Basic Mechanical and electrical knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with concrete manufacturing equipment: Masa, Hess, Omag, Columbia, Rekers and Besser etc. a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
