Production Maintenance, D Shift

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair facilities and production equipment to minimize downtime and to provide a safe work environment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to improve reliability and to reduce unscheduled downtime
• Assist in the specification of new equipment to facilitate proper specification and application
• Install new facility and production equipment according to schedule and assist in making the new equipment perform to its intended purpose to maintain company profitability and/or competitive advantage
• Develop, recommend, and implement improvements to facilities and equipment to improve safety quality, and productivity
• Repair or upgrade existing machine components to maintain a supply of replacement parts
• Document activities on repairs, preventive maintenance, parts requests, and project work via the CMMS in SAP and Shift reports to ensure the timely and effective support of Production as well as Regulatory and ISO compliance
• Follow all Safety, Food Safety and Quality guidelines while performing daily functions
