Role OverviewAs a Production Technician at Ball, you'll work hands-on with advanced manufacturing equipment, helping ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of aluminum packaging for leading brands. You'll operate, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot high-speed production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform equipment repairs. You'll also inspect aluminum products to ensure quality and customer specifications are met.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include operating, monitoring, adjusting, and troubleshooting high-speed production equipment, inspecting aluminum products, and following safety, food safety, PPE, and 5S standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
