Role OverviewThe Production Manager will run the Die Casting manufacturing department, improving safety, delivery, cost, and quality. The primary goals will be to improve safety, delivery, cost, and quality.
What You Will Do
The Production Manager will lead continuous improvement, work with Quality to set goals, evaluate and improve manpower layout, 5-S standardization, and organization layout, work with maintenance to improve machine uptime, and provide data-driven analyses of manufacturing problems.

Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Business, or related major

- At least three years of supervisory experience
