Role OverviewManages all aspects of the production departments and coordinates the work flow to, through, and out of these departments while managing costs in a safe and secure manner. Oversees all aspects of production to secure levels of quality and performance. Utilizes supervisors and team leads to ensure proper training is provided to employees on processes, SOPs, equipment and safety.
What You Will Do
Manages production department budgets, controls costs and production metrics, submits daily reports on department progress, ensures all safety and cleanliness standards are met in all work areas, and assists in analyzing and recommending the purchase of new equipment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires at least 7 to 10 years of experience in related field, with at least 5 years of supervisor/management experience. Must be able to read and write English, and have sustained light (20lbs or less) physical effort required.

- Intermediate knowledge of JDA & DVI preferred
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of MS Office including word and excel
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to read and write English
