Job Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to join our Performance Materials team in Malcom, IA. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for production management of the polyester polyol (PESOL) plant, leading a production operations team to ensure safe, effective, and compliant operation while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
  • 10+ years experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience (preferred)
