Job Description
GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for a Production Manager to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, communicate job expectations, and ensure production meets customer delivery requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or related field or combination of education and experience.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive experience supervising/managing people in production operations.
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet or exceed project expectations.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication skills.
  • Ability to interface with personnel across all levels of the business.
