Arcosa Wind Towers is seeking a Production Manager to support a positive safety culture by planning and directing production activities and staff, leading the team in the manufacturing process to ensure quality and timely production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 5 years of progressive experience in a key leadership/management role
  • 3-year knowledge of welding, assembly or paint preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
