What You Will Do
Lead the safe operation of a multi-shift manufacturing organization, ensure product quality and process compliance, deliver customer requirements, optimize inventory and labor utilization, and drive productivity and cost improvements.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field
- Demonstrated progressive leadership experience within manufacturing or operations environments
- Leadership and development of frontline leaders
- Application of EHS management systems and 5S practices
- Utilization of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or equivalent operational excellence methodologies
- Management of production staffing, labor utilization, overtime, and operational resources
