Role OverviewThe Production Manager plays a central role in the conversion of recycled resins into finished goods for resale into wire & cable applications and other industrial markets. The position develops and implements daily production activities in conjunction with the schedule set by the General Manager.
What You Will Do
Establish assignments and set expectations for operations and material flow on plant floor each day prior to beginning of each shift. Supervise on plant floor to manage operators’ experience curves and remove any impediments that could hinder production.

Requirements
- Associates degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years working in a manufacturing environment
- Would consider a High School Degree with 5 years in a Manufacturing environment
