Role OverviewThe Production Manager oversees daily operations across designated assembly areas, ensuring safety, quality, throughput, and workforce productivity targets are met. This role requires hands-on leadership, organization, and team development skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include driving production output, planning and scheduling work, managing staffing levels, and enforcing safety protocols. The Production Manager will also provide feedback to Product Line management and participate in CAPEX projects.

- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Lean tools, and 5S methodology
- Demonstrated commitment to driving and communicating positive change
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Effective collaborator across cross-functional teams
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions, capable of clear and legible written communication
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
