Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing production data, reporting, and performance metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, ERP/MRP systems, Timekeeping and attendance systems
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
