Job Description
VALD is seeking an additional team member for our warehouse and operations team in Charlotte NC. This is a full-time, permanent role in a fast-paced environment, involving the building, programming and calibration of products, alongside responsibility for warehouse organisation, stock rotation and maintaining high standards of product and workspace presentation.

Requirements

  • Physically unrestricted to work in a warehouse environment
  • Strong Mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem solve
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing and production principles, including safety and safe work practices
  • Good time management and housekeeping skills, and able to multitask
  • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality control
  • Full working rights in the USA, and no restrictions to travel to the VALD HQ in Australia if onboarding is required
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes
  • Experience with hand and power tools and experience in a component assembly role
