Role OverviewJoin our team as a Production Operator - Pre-Grind (Night Shift 7:30pm - 7:30am) and be part of a global team of over 6,000 visionaries, doers, and makers. Our portfolio of over 25 brands touches lives in more than 50 countries by making useful things joyful. This full-time position is project based, and employment is expected to end no later than December 2027, in connection with the plant’s scheduled relocation.
What You Will Do
Set up, adjust, and operate all pre-grind blade making machinery and peripheral equipment to obtain product of acceptable quality. Perform preventive maintenance, quality checks, and relieve operators as required.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have at least six (6) months of manufacturing experience, be mechanically inclined, and able to correctly read and interpret instruments and gages. Must also be able to calculate basic math and have hands-on experience in general mechanics.
