Role OverviewAs a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation--all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include following safety and quality procedures, operating safety devices, maintaining a clean work area, checking product codes, performing package changeovers, and completing documentation.

Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Self-motivation, dependability, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Forklift driving skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test
- Physical ability to walk or stand for long periods, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from 60--90°F or more
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods
