Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred; solar panel assembly experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and precision
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production monitoring
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive activities for extended periods
- Must follow all company safety, environmental, and production procedures
