Role OverviewThe Production Operator role involves operating and monitoring milling equipment, blending and processing raw materials into high-quality livestock feed, and ensuring consistent product output that meets quality and nutritional standards.
What You Will Do
Operate Bulk Feed manufacturing system, perform scale weight test weekly, dump bag ingredients into mixes as formula requires, load/unload trucks, wait on customers, and perform daily inspections of Fork Trucks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in feed milling, agriculture, food production, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts, loaders, and other mill equipment (certification a plus)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Comfortable with shift work, weekends, or overtime as needed
