Role OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and motivated Production / Powder Coater to support our powder coating and production operations. This hands-on role combines powder coating operations with utility responsibilities to keep production running efficiently.
What You Will Do
Duties include powder coating, supporting production flow, performing quality inspections, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and facility maintenance.

Requirements
- Knowledge of powder coating is a plus.
- Experience with Okuma controls is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Basic shop math skills, including decimals and geometry.
- Forklift experience is preferred or willingness to become certified.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
