Role OverviewThe Production Operator- Night Shift is responsible for monitoring and operating soy processing equipment, ensuring quality, and following procedures and policies. The role involves physically monitoring process temperatures, pressures, and material flows, making adjustments as needed, and maintaining logs of instrument readings.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include evaluating process operations, taking necessary steps to correct operations when running outside of desired parameters, and notifying the plant manager/supervisor of operational or equipment problems.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months' related experience and/or training
