Role OverviewThis planning position is focused on our Generator Manufacturing Division. Production planners are responsible for the smooth running of production within the manufacturing industry, ensuring products are produced in a cost-effective way that meets quality and customer specifications.
What You Will Do
Ordering materials, monitoring scheduling timelines, managing employees, analyzing production delays, managing material and equipment availability, scheduling production, and monitoring the production process for problems.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree in supply chain management, business management or related field is preferred
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) accreditation or other relevant certification is advantageous
- 1-3 years of proven experience working as a production planner in a continuous flow operation
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
