Role OverviewPlans, prepares, and controls production schedules and coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials. Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems. Coordinates interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, etc.
What You Will Do
Schedules equipment and personnel, confirms material supply and demands, prepares work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have 7 years' experience or a Bachelor's Degree or above and 3 years' experience. Nice to have Microsoft Office Software experience, Secret security clearance, Military, First-Class Journeyman and/or Navy Shipboard experience.

- Bachelor's Degree or above and 3 years' experience
- Applicable to Internal Candidates Only - 18 months of experience as a Surveyor-Outside (P) or 1st Class Journeyman
