Role Overview

The Production Planning and Scheduling Manager plans, prepares, and controls production schedules, coordinates with material requirements, and advises management on the status of work in progress. The role involves scheduling equipment and personnel, confirming material supply and demands, and preparing work orders or purchase requests. The manager coordinates interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, etc.

The manager will also schedule equipment and personnel, confirm material supply and demands, and prepare work orders or purchase requests.

Requirements

  • Apprentice Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 6 years of applicable, progressive technical, professional and/or supervisory work experience
