Role Overview

As a Production Process Control Engineer, you will help drive our goals by setting up, monitoring and troubleshooting PGM and non-PGM diesel catalyst coating processes during assigned shifts. You will optimize process parameters to improve efficiency, reduce waste, minimize rejects and limit downtime. You will ensure products consistently meet customer and quality specifications through effective process control.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Chemical Engineering. Experience working in a manufacturing or process engineering environment. Strong understanding of process optimization, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental compliance in an industrial setting
  • Ability to train, coach and collaborate effectively within shift-based teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
