What You Will Do
Develops best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability. Manages the implementation of continuous improvement processes for efficiency and ensures the execution of problem-solving for quality issues.

Requires over 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Body in White. Knowledge of quality sensors, complex quality methods, and manufacturing methods/procedures is necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or other relevant degree
- Over 5 years of relevant experience
- 3D-CAD experience such as Inventor, SolidWorks, Catia, Siemens NX
- Knowledge of quality sensors including destructive testing and geometric technologies
- Knowledge in the application of complex quality methods
- Strong data processing skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods/procedures and process technology
- Ability to present complex technical information
- Able to influence team members at all levels of the organization
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Able to anticipate needs and deliver timely, relevant solutions and actions
