Role OverviewLead the 3rd shift manufacturing production team in Duncansville to meet daily production scheduling requirements while ensuring all products are made to standard work and quality requirements.
What You Will Do
Be the working leader of the 3rd shift manufacturing production team, ensure production of customer demands, lead weekly shift meetings, keep records of employees' attendance, and update daily production reports.

Requirements
- Secondary education in technical/business field or practical manufacturing management experience
- Strong leader able to coach, develop and engage team members
- Experience and/or knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Respectful of people – able to provide both positive/developmental feedback to develop people
- Appropriate knowledge of MFG shipping and receiving processes
- Demonstrated ability to operate the different types of powered industrial truck or willing to be trained
- First responder certified with training in basic first aid and CPR/AED
- Has basic technical knowledge of New Pig products and processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience with shop floor management software on PC-based platforms preferred (Factory tracker, Flow, Syteline, Trend, etc.)
