Role OverviewThe Production Superintendent will develop and implement daily production activities in conjunction with the schedule set by the VP of Operations. The position monitors production rates and product quality for production steps involved in recycling: sorting, shredding, grinding, and extruding and other proprietary processes.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include establishing production KPIs, managing plant floor impediments, reviewing logistic schedules, assessing production data trends, recruiting and training a high-performing labor force, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years leading a manufacturing workforce, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
