Role OverviewThe Production Superintendent will oversee the work of production and manufacturing supervisors, ensuring cost-effective and quality production of products. This role requires constant interaction with the work group and other departments. The position demands demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect impact on product safety, legality, and quality.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing and managing production plans, monitoring cripples and losses, ensuring a safe working environment, participating in accident investigations, and performing shift supervisor duties when necessary.
