What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals. Plan daily staffing and work assignments based on production requirements, employee capabilities, and equipment availability.

Requirements
- Associate degree in manufacturing, operations, engineering, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Five or more years of manufacturing experience, including at least three years leading production employees
- Demonstrated success managing safety, quality, delivery, labor, productivity, and cost performance
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and structured root-cause problem-solving
- Strong coaching, communication, conflict-resolution, and performance-management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, or electronic timekeeping
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
