Role OverviewLead and oversee production as directed by the production schedule, supervising a team of Packers, Machine Operators, Fryers, Seasoners, etc. This is a full-time exempt position with a work shift of Monday-Friday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
What You Will Do
Monitor and analyze labor hours and crew size needed to efficiently run production lines, ensure production of quality product, and maintain data integrity/accuracy in ERP data system.

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- English proficiency
- Spanish proficiency (highly preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety practices, GMPs, and SQF requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift moderately heavy materials and perform occasional physical tasks such as skid pulling
- Attention to detail, organizational ability, and commitment to quality standards
