Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor will lead manufacturing operations at the Medina, Ohio facility, responsible for building a strong safety culture, developing employees, achieving production goals, and driving measurable improvements in quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

The ideal candidate will lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals, and use data and structured root-cause methods to resolve equipment, process, quality, and workflow issues.

Requirements
- Associate degree in manufacturing, operations, engineering, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Five or more years of manufacturing experience, including at least three years leading production employees
- Demonstrated success managing safety, quality, delivery, labor, productivity, and cost performance
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and structured root-cause problem-solving
- Strong coaching, communication, conflict-resolution, and performance-management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, or electronic timekeeping
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
