Role OverviewCrenlo is seeking a high-output Production Supervisor to drive daily production results and continuous improvement within our Manufacturing team. This role is responsible for owning line performance — safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and material flow — and delivering results through disciplined execution, problem solving, and accountability.
What You Will Do
The Production Supervisor is expected to run the floor, identify problems early, drive both hourly teams and salaried support functions to deliver results, maintain control of materials, inventory accuracy, and system transactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including demonstrated leadership in a production environment
- 3+ years of supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause and execution
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
- Experience working in a team-based and/or union environment
- Experience maintaining transactional accuracy in a production environment, including material movements and inventory control
- Familiarity with ERP systems for production and inventory tracking
