Role OverviewAs an Audio-Visual Supervisor, you'll lead venue audio-visual staff to ensure exceptional technical execution for a multi-experiential live music venue, bar, and restaurant. You'll support Lounge Tech scheduling, payroll administration, advance logistics for weekly AV operations, and oversee production support for performances and events.
What You Will Do
Serve as shift lead and onsite audio-visual point-of-contact for equipment load-in, set-up, tear down, and load-out for regular music performances and events. Oversee production for performances and events, coordinating with artists, venue leadership, technical services staff, and event stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in Production, Media, or related field preferred
- 5+ years' experience in production services in a national touring and/or house theatrical production position
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry training certification required within 120 days of hire
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required
