Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor - Night Shift will lead the night shift production team to meet and exceed safety, quality, and efficiency targets. This role is essential to keeping the plant running smoothly and ensuring every product meets Flora Food Group's high standards for better food.
What You Will Do
Plan and manage daily allocation of equipment, personnel, and materials to meet production goals safely and efficiently. Lead and develop hourly union employees through hiring support, training, coaching, and performance management. Champion Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality standards, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulations.
