Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor will lead teams and areas of paint, metal, and final assembly. The supervisor will develop and lead individuals in a collaborative team environment, providing regular and timely feedback on performance and creating individual development plans to develop skills.
What You Will Do
The Production Supervisor will perform daily safety audits, create production plans, and lead and participate in daily problem solving and two-second lean activities. The supervisor will also make decisions based on internal and external customer need or value and overall cost impact to the company.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, will consider candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
- Emphasis on Engineering (Manufacturing), Industrial Management, Business, Operations Management, or comparable degrees preferred
- Supervision experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability required
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
