Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production team at the Portland Plant. The successful candidate will possess leadership skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, cost savings, and team building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or industry experience in lieu of degree)
  • Prior supervisory experience in a unionized facility (not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve results through others
