Requirements
- 4+ years of applicable, industry, leadership and business development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or industry-related field is desired
- Strong hands-on operational business acumen, effective people management skills, and the ability to consider multiple options before making decisions.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment, methods, and contracts
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with diverse individuals from executives to floor employees
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing
- Strong language, mathematical, and reasoning skills
- Proficient with Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn and use ERP systems
- Valid driver's license to operate personal and company vehicle
