Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the manufacturing unit. This role involves the development and management of employees, maintaining workflow processes, ensuring quality and compliance, and fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
What You Will Do
Participate in the selection, onboarding, training, and development of employees, support the implementation of company policies, assist in developing and executing tactical production plans, and analyze production performance data.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience leading processes, projects, or teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work safely in a high-volume environment, and collaborate effectively across teams
- Working knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety practices
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid US Driver’s License
- US citizenship
