Role OverviewThe production supervisor oversees the workflow at our facilities, focusing on meeting production goals, quality, safety, people leadership, engagement, and cost objectives. The role is complex, involving coaching and development of employees, resolving issues, and guiding the team to success every shift.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include performance management of direct reports, monitoring the production process, planning and delegating work assignments, ensuring administrative tasks are completed, and resolving quality issues through training and enforcement of standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years as front line supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in food manufacturing facilities and knowledge of GMP's, HACCP, and sanitation practices is helpful
- Knowledge of the manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership capability and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross functionally and upwards
