Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for ensuring all hourly employees have the knowledge and ability to follow company policies and procedures. The supervisor leads their team in a way that focuses on safety, cost, quality, and service expectations, while achieving production goals in a highly efficient manner.
What You Will Do
The supervisor will frequently be hands-on supporting the team as needed, executing daily production documentation in line with the production goals, critical check points, metal detectors, lot number tracking for all ingredients and sanitation with operators, packers, receivers, and loadout employees.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role required
- Familiarity with food processing or food packaging processes
- Knowledge of food safety/GMP’s or advanced sanitation preferred
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, & Outlook are required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
