Viaflex is seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead, coordinate, and support the production team in delivering the highest quality products. The ideal candidate will balance frontline leadership with active participation in production activities, ensuring smooth workflows and continuous improvement across the team.

Requirements

  • Provides frontline leadership and support to production
  • Understands and is capable of performing production function and spends more than half of the shift performing production
  • Ensures proper safety and ergonomics standards and guidelines are met in work area
  • Encourages team member growth and development
  • Administers annual team member performance reviews, goal setting, and participates in salary planning process
