Job Description
dormakaba is seeking a Production Supervisor III (3rd Shift Operations) based in Indianapolis, IN. The role is responsible for leading and managing 3rd shift operations for manufacturing, fabrication, and cross-functional support areas at the dormakaba Indianapolis plant, ensuring the safety, productivity, and development of the team.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of direct leadership experience in manufacturing operations or a comparable industrial environment
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure (whole numbers, common fractions, decimals)
  • Experience with various hand tools (manual and powered), micrometers, height gauges, calipers, comparators and ability to read a tape measure
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing
