Job Description
SkyWater is a U.S. based semiconductor manufacturer that is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a designated group. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching. The role involves ensuring production targets are achieved, training team members, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) diploma, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a role demonstrating leading, mentoring, and coaching
  • Ability to instill a high sense of urgency, results-driven culture, and provide direction to achieve the department goals
  • Strong verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
  • Solid experience in independently identifying, analyzing, and solving problems with creative and successful solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines
  • Intermediate computer skills with MS Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills to generate and assemble analytical reports with MS Excel, Fabtime, FPS, or other similar systems
  • Effective organizational planning skills
  • Flexibility to work a compressed schedule, alternating three and four 12-hour workdays per week
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Experience working in the semiconductor industry (preferred)
