Job Description
Supervise a manufacturing crew, lead a zero-injury safety culture, and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing
  • Experience leading/supervising in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with manufacturing software systems
  • Physical demands: push, pull, carry and lift 20 - 50lbs, walking, stretching, bending, etc.
  • Mental demands: think analytically, make decisions, multitask, etc.
  • Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment and loud noise level
