Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing production shift employees under the direction of the Operations Manager, with strong leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills required to develop and execute effective production procedures.

Requirements

  • Provide leadership to ensure company safety policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
  • Communicate site operating targets and expectations to employees and solicit feedback.
  • Oversee daily production workflow, scheduling, and employee assignments.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision of hourly production employees and execute daily work plans.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Review and approve employee timecards and work-time records, and provide task-specific training.
  • Participate in meetings, investigations, audits, and other site leadership activities, and identify and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
