Role OverviewSupervise daily operations in various departments, including Wire Drawing, Cleaning House, and Test lab, during the midnight shift. Report to the Operations Manager.
What You Will Do
Communicate with department personnel, review daily production schedule, ensure material flow, schedule cleaning activities, coordinate staffing, perform quality checks, and oversee new hire training.

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate information from work instructions and safety procedures

- Ability to safely operate or oversee the operation of powered industrial trucks
- Proficient in using computer systems and manufacturing software
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees
