Role OverviewFacilitate the manufacture of high quality brake pads in a safe and efficient manner; keeping in mind the needs of the company, our customers, our employees, and our community.
What You Will Do
Ensure a safe work environment, quality pads produced, quality and process improvements, production level and production efficiency, training of manufacturing employees, reporting of scrap, upkeep of machinery, equipment, and the manufacturing facility, and daily communication.

Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in business or leadership (Preferred)
- 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
- Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a 30-day time span and prepare action plans to achieve results
- Supervision, including employee retention, performance review and discipline
- Employee training and development
- Measurement of performance goals and standards
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong team player
