Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of production activities for a given shift and area. Supervises hourly employees, assigns resources, and plans production to achieve delivery, quality, and productivity goals.

Key responsibilities include supervising the overall line operation, ensuring environmental, health and safety regulations are adhered to, and maintaining working relationships with the union.

Requirements
- High School Diploma required. Advanced education preferred.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tooling, engineering principles, and manufacturing concepts.
- Understanding of scheduling procedure.
- Experience in a Tier 1 automotive supplier environment preferred.
- Communication skills both verbal and written
