Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor will oversee plant activities, supervise production, and delegate work assignments to ensure key performance indicators are identified and addressed. They will enforce safety practices, understand quality standards, and manage inventory.

Key responsibilities include enforcing safety practices, working with precision, managing inventory, measuring efficiency, and building employee trust. You will also apply disciplinary measures, manage employee timekeeping, and implement Lean Manufacturing processes.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment
- College Degree in a related field (or High School degree with several years of experience in a supervisory role)
- Bilingual English and Spanish desirable but not required
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook
- Previous exposure to Kronos as Time Management tool is an asset
- Hands-on experience implementing Lean Manufacturing process systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable with high integrity and strong work ethic
